Refund policy

 

1. FOR SLOVENIAN CUSTOMERS

Pravica do odstopa od nakupa, vračilo blaga

  Potrošnik ima pravico, da v 14 dneh od prevzema blaga podjetju sporoči (na kontaktni e-naslov silvestriscatus.info@gmail.com), da odstopa od pogodbe, ne da bi mu bilo treba navesti razlog za svojo odločitev. Edini strošek, ki bremeni potrošnika v zvezi z odstopom od pogodbe, je strošek vračila blaga. Blago je potrebno vrniti prodajalcu najkasneje v roku 14 dni od oddanega sporočila o odstopu od pogodbe (nakupa).

  Prejeto blago mora vrniti nepoškodovano in v nespremenjeni količini, razen če je blago uničeno, pokvarjeno, izgubljeno ali se je njegova količina zmanjšala, ne da bi bil za to kriv potrošnik.

  Vračilo vplačil bo izvedeno takoj, ko je to mogoče, najkasneje pa v roku 14 dni od prejema sporočila o odstopu od pogodbe. 

  Vrnitev prejetega blaga podjetju v roku za odstop od pogodbe se šteje za sporočilo o odstopu od pogodbe.

 

DOSTAVA

Čas dostave

 Ponudnik bo blago oziroma storitev odpremil v roku 2-4 dni.

 Pogodbeni partner za dostavo pošiljk je Pošta Slovenije, vendar si ponudnik pridržuje pravico izbrati drugo dostavno službo, če bo s tem lahko naročilo izpolnil bolj učinkovito.

Strošek dostave

 Cena oz. strošek pošiljanja se zaračuna v skladu s cenikom Pošte slovenije, v nadaljevanju sledijo povezave do cenikov:

2. FOR OTHER CUSTOMERS IN THE EUROPEAN UNION

 

LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES

Estimated delivery time is 3-20 days for European countries

Deliveries may sometimes take longer to arrive, all packages are shipped with tracking numbers but are sometimes not tracked along the way, only at final destinations. If you have any concerns or questions about your parcel send me an email and I will check the status of your parcel. Cases of lost or undelivered packages are extremely low so even if shipping is taking a bit longer than usual please wait patiently, if it still doesn't arrive within 30-50 days contact me and I will file for an inquiry about the parcel with our shipping provider.

The inquiry usually takes 14 days to resolve, after we receive the information of the whereabouts of your parcel we can take further actions from there. We normally ask the customers to wait another 14 days even if the parcel isn't found, there have been cases where it was eventually delivered anyway. If you don't receive your package within 60 days from the date of shipping we usually issue a refund.

All cases are unique and are resolved individially, I try to resolve them as fairly as possible, I value my customers and want them to be satisfied.

 

I ACCEPT RETURNS FROM SLOVENIA AND OTHER COUNTRIES IN THE EUROPEAN UNION ONLY!

The EU countries are: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Republic of Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

If you are not satisfied with the item you purchased you can contact me within 14 days after delivery at silvestriscatus.info@gmail.com and send it back within 14 days after the return agreement. When I receive the item you will be fully refunded, but you will have to pay for the return shipping costs.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The items you are returning must be undamaged and we recommend that it is shipped with a tracking number. If you ship without trackable shipping service we don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and you will not be able to prove that you shipped it.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you provide the wrong address or don't pick up the package and the package is returned to me you will be refunded for the price of the items only, excluding the shipping costs. (For customes within European Union only!)

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at silvestriscatus.info@gmail.com 

 

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

3. FOR NON EU CUSTOMERS (USA, Canada, Australia etc..)

 

If you want to return an order and you are not from a counrty that is in the European Union unfortunately I cannot accept the return and refund you!

This is not a personal decision but has to do with import taxes that would have to be paid by me as a receiver, if you would decide to return your items.

If you provide the wrong address or don't pick up the package you will not be eligible for a refund!

If the item(s) arrived damaged you may receive a partial /full refund depending on the extent of the damage.

14-50 days for rest of the world
